Hi - I don't comment on many sites but had to on your site. It's fantastic! I really like how you write - very to the point, unlike a lot of other blogs. Thanks for having this site. I found your site while looking for another one on about.com. I don't have time to read everything right now, but I have bookmarked this site and will come back very soon to see what's new. I love reading about cooking, it is my favorite hobby. The recipes on your site are incredible. I can't wait to try them out on my family. They think I'm nuts (and maybe they are right lol) when they see me at work in the kitchen. Visit my site if you'd like to read more. Keep up the great work!

I have to applaud you for making pancakes for your large family ! One thing that few people factor in when making pancakes or waffles for anything more than 4 is the time factor. You either have to eat in shifts or keep putting pancakes in the oven to stay warm until you have enough to feed everyone.Therefor pancake and waffle breakfasts become improbable for big families- casseroles or muffins or bakes oatmeal often win out for practicality. I applaud you for doing all that flipping to feed your brood !!
