		<description>I have to applaud you for making pancakes for your large family ! One thing that few people factor in when making pancakes or waffles for anything more than 4 is the time factor. You either have to eat in shifts or keep putting pancakes in the oven to stay warm until you have enough to feed everyone.Therefor pancake and waffle breakfasts become improbable for big families- casseroles or muffins or bakes oatmeal often win out for practicality. I applaud you for doing all that flipping to feed your brood !!</description>
