Recipe: Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 T honey or sugar
- 1/2 T oil 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- It’s important when making pancakes to mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately, then put together.
- For this recipe, mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, and the wet in another.
- Then pour the wet into the dry and mix gently.
- This batter is a bit thicker than normal pancake batter, but it is fabulous!
